We avoid ugly at all costs. We fear making something and having it come out ugly. We fear trying new things because we might fail. Mighty Ugly is about taking a couple of hours and confronting ugly head on, by embracing it. Keep your enemies close, right?I lead workshops for organizations and companies that facilitate team building, creative thinking, and general hilarity. They're crafts workshops. No newsprint and smelly markers, no bulleted lists, action items.I also occasionally run workshops you can sign up for on your own or with friends.
