The Migrant Justice Institute undertakes strategic research and legal action to catalyse improved enforcement of rights and just remedies for migrant workers. Migrant Justice works with governments, business, civil society, trade unions, international organisations, and donors to identify and implement pragmatic new pathways for decent work, responsible recruitment and remediation for migrant workers.Migrant Justice is growing out of the Migrant Worker Justice Initiative, a five year collaboration that has had a transformative impact on the rights of migrant workers in Australia and globally.
