Mik Mart Ice Cream is a locally owned and operated business by the Bushinski family since 2009. Scott, Kristi, and Alexa Bushinski are the primary operators of the business and Mik is now in the role of an advisor. Mik Mart Ice Cream is now celebrating its 10th year in business and has five ice cream trucks serving the Twin Cities Area. In addition, Mik Mart Ice Cream now offers push cart services for indoor and outdoor events alike!Mik Mart Ice Cream provides daily route service through residential neighborhoods in the Twin Cities Area, and also services private parties and events throughout the greater metro area. Our standard ice cream truck season runs from April 1st to October 15th. If weather is unseasonably warm in the Spring or Fall, the season will be extended. Our hours of operation in residential neighborhoods are 3:30P to sunset Monday through Friday and 1p to sunset Saturday and Sunday.Mik Mart Ice Cream trucks carry over 70 Blue Bunny novelty items ranging from $1.00 to $4.00. We also have a specialty truck that in addition to the novelty ice cream treats also carries Chocolate Shoppe Premium Hand Scooped Ice Cream in six flavors as well as six sundae toppings and four flavors of floats.Hiring OpportunitiesMik Mart Ice Cream is hiring new team members to help us run our ice cream truck fleet for daily neighborhood routes as well as events throughout the season. Our season typically runs April through October and we offer flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, competitive pay as well as tips and commissions. Requirements are a clean driving record and a fun personality!
