As a carpenter by trade and with constant up-skilling Michael passes these same expectations and attributes through to his employees and contractors.His motto is "if I won't have it in my house, then you don't do it here", thus maintaining a continuously high standard of workmanship, which is reflected in the finished product. Michael holds an Open Builders License and Cert IV in Occupational Safety and hence to date he has had no incidents on any of his sites, as he believes there is a place for OH&S.As a family business his wife Katina manages the account's department and together they have built a strong and reputable business.
