Some examples of our success include:Working with a graphic designer we increased their client base over 20% in three months. We coached the graphic designer on new marketing tools and how to create a niche client base.Working with a 30-person company and their office administration team to sort out workload issues, and backlog issues, we determined with the company that part of the solution was to move the accounts receivable duties from a senior staff to a junior staff. The team appreciated that accounts receivable for this company was important task, but not complicated and did not needed to reside with a senior staff. The removal of this task allowed the senior staff to concentrate on a more time consuming and long-term task of hiring the right staff.
