I am Serena Laura, the owner of Milan In Tour, tour guide and tour leader services.Milan In Tour provides excellent solutions for companies receiving international guests. Starting out as a tour leader in 1985 (outgoing: Italians travelling abroad) and finally converting as a guide in 2009 (incoming: foreigners coming to Italy/to Milan). I am really passionate of meeting new people coming from different parts of the world to let you know the hidden parts of my native city of Milan. I have double licence: one in tour leading and one in tour guiding. Furthermore, a Degree in tourism science with mention of honour (IULM University). All my team speaks different languages: German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Russian, Italian and English.
