The School aims at promoting the managerial culture so that the centrality of human capital in the processes of change and innovation by transferring knowledge, developing skills as well as stimulating discussion (by simultaneously integrating "knowledge" with "doing") can be enhanced.Interdisciplinarity together with transfer of value are our strategic assets. The University of Milan, with its 10 Faculties, 53 Research Centers and more than 600 international agreements, is the "academic engine" of the Milano School of Management for which it is able to guarantee discipline, research excellence, practical orientation and avant-garde didactic, in order to respond effectively to the challenges of a complex and constantly changing market.The academic program in the corporate field is characterized by a strong economic-business specialization permeated, at the same time, by knowledge and skills coming from other disciplines, all present in a large multidisciplinary university such as ours. For this reason we are able to offer managerial training characterized by analytical knowledge within a multidisciplinary framework which is the best way to understand the global reality.
