With friends from Supinfocom and Vancouver Film School, we decided to team up to work on ambitious projects. Here is our first showreel. We did several competitions together for commercials and music videos.IdentityThe name comes from the novel from Voltaire, Micromegas. It's the story of an alien which size is several hundreds of kilometers, which approaches earth with a magnifying glass, discovering the tiny human world. We wanted a modest version of this alien, so micro became mili and mega, kilo. United, we're stronger, 1+1=3.We went through a long and extensive process for our visual identity. We started from the triangular shapes of the letters M and K, to a more visual and symbolistic approach, for returning in the end to our intuitive geometric and abstract approach.
