Why we started Milky Way International! Milky Way International was born from our frustration over two major problems: - How to easily share and get everyone to use the Milky Way map within an organization. - How to export the content of the map and use the results from the analyses. The solution is working in Miro and using the Milky Way toolkit to create layers in Miro and export the content of the map to Airtable, from where you can connect the data to other IT-solutions. In Sweden we have customers that have developed their Milky Way maps and need to be able to take the next step – not having it end up as only as a management tool, but really be used all the way from strategic planning to implemented change. However, even though some organizations outside of Sweden have started using The Milky Way method, it is not very well known worldwide – yet. :) In order to help people everywhere get started using The Milky Way, we decided to also offer our different templates, different types of courses, and consultancy help available in English to a wider audience. The result is Milky Way International.
