The Millennial Mindset was setup in 2014 to overcome the growing generational disconnect in the workplace and support many organisations and leaders understand the rising number of Millennial employees and implement new strategies to manage them more effectively and improve organisational performance. The Millennial Mindset was officially closed in late 2018, however a lot of the employee and behavioural insights developed during this period were incorporated into ongoing work by the Millennial Mindset's founder and Organisational Development specialist, Adam Henderson, on his mission of Rethinking Work for the Modern World.
