Milloy & Associates manages all aspects of the entire real estate investment process, from the initial selection and acquisition of targeted real estate assets, the legal transfer of the asset to our clients/investors, the management of the real estate asset, to the eventual sale of the assets and distribution of profits to our clients/investors. We also provide detailed information on the legal, regulatory, and tax implications to all of our clients/investors whether they reside in Victoria or outside of Canada. All Milloy & Associates clients/investors receive regular and comprehensive financial reports detailing business activities for each investment. These reports are prepared by our administrative team and reviewed by an independent accounting firm for accuracy.
