Milton Qur'an Institute was established in 2010 as a weekend school specializing in Qur'an & Tajweed. Since then, we have been providing Qur'an, Tajweed & Hifz classes. In addition, we also offer Islamic Studies, Arabic Courses & Youth Summer Camps to the growing Muslim Community residing in Milton, Oakville & surrounding areas. In the last three years we have offered these programs in a well- organized and professional manner. Alhamdulillah, in January 2013 Milton Qur'an Institute has opened their first commercial location making it, Milton's first and only Islamic Institute. Our goal like all Muslims is to achieve the pleasure of Allaahazzawajal by living our lives according to the commandments of the Qur'an and follow the Sunnah of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم (PUBH) and that of the Rightly-Guided Caliphs (May Allah be pleased with them). Hence Milton Qur'an Institute focuses on brining the true teachings of Islam to the Muslim community. Insha'Allaah we will nurture in each child an Islamic character which encourages good manners & morals and assist students to distinguish between right and wrong.Our objective is to teach the students to recite the Qur'an with correct Makhaarij (Pronounciation) & Tajweed Rules. To achieve this goal, we offer a low student to teacher ratio, with qualified teachers. The classes are taught with discipline, but at the same time instilling in the students the love for learning and reciting the book of Allaah.
