MiltonFi aims to democratize access to funds for real estate projects. Its main goal is to support individuals and firms who do understand crypto and want to capitalize in real estate as well as individuals and firms that understand real estate and want to participate in crypto space. The platform will firstly evaluate real estate projects with its members and put them in a marketplace where lenders, investors and developers can connect. Visualize it as a big auction/market where the 3 parties come together and great real estate dealsare built from this union. The MiltonFi token will enable payment of fees for services provided by the platform and community. The MiltonFi platform will showcase projects from around the world that are submitted to local branches called Local Social Franchises (LSF). The model permits to scale on a global level by mixing local knowledge with a global community hosted on its platform
