Mimi's Edit was officially launched in September 2018.When Preet had to leave her teaching job in 2017 due to her son being diagnosed with Leukaemia, she started to have a different perspective on life and after a year of dealing with all the ups and downs that chemotherapy brings, she eventually plucked up the courage to start Mimi's Edit. Preet has spent time and effort looking into finding beautiful clothing and accessories for people like herself and you. Busy women who want to look good, feel great and access affordable clothing and accessories that are out of the ordinary.Preet has a background in fashion, retail and marketing and has previously worked with brands such as Louis Vuitton, Karen Millen, Debenhams and Intu retail.The 'Don't kill my vibe' 'charity edit' is a completely not for profit product that she wanted to create in order to raise money for the north England children cancer research charity. It's her way of giving back through doing what she loves and raising awareness and money for an amazing cause. Since its launch Mimi's Edit has worked with various bloggers, stylists and brands that has helped it grow.
