Mind Body Connect 360 is an innovative collaboration of multi-disciplinary health care practitioners dedicated to integrating high quality conventional, complementary and alternative therapies to promote healing, overall well-being and optimal peak performance. Our services currently consist of psychological services, acupuncture, biofeedback training, reiki and mindfulness-based stress reduction with the goal of expanding services and growing our talented team.The intersection of mind and body is a complex relationship. Medical and psychology fields have been producing mounting research for decades that demonstrates the connection between the mind and body and its profound effects in many areas of one's life. The mind and body are not separate. What affects one, affects the other. Too often, we mistakenly define health as merely the absence of symptoms. Health is so much more than that!
