Offering yoga to all ages, with a specialty in yoga for kids ages 4-19, including youth athletes. Mindful Breath Yoga strives to bring the benefits of uniting breath, body, and mind to all, in order to live in our fullest vibrancy. Resting in our breath and body while on the mat allows us to have a more focused and easeful presence while off our mat as well. As the owner of Mindful Breath Yoga, I truly believe that if more people practiced yoga and mindfulness on a regular basis, that the world would become a much healthier, more peaceful place for us all.
