Dianna has 15 years of teaching, consulting, training and designing programs that deliver results. Her seasoned assessment skills consistently create focus, deep understanding and bottom line changes to the organizations and individuals who engage her services. Mindful Experience® offers a menu of customized programs utilizing positive psychology principles; these programs have demonstrated change in increasing focus and effectiveness, regulate emotions and mood, transform behaviors, as well as skillfully manage internal and external conflicts. Dianna developed a 100 page behavioral workbook that leads a client through an 8 week program which includes: sitting, body scan and yoga mediation, as well as mindfulness communication techniques and mindfulness based cognitive behavioral skills that have a proven track record verified by empirical studies over the past 30 years, of transforming client's lives.
