A graduate of Lakeside School of Massage Therapy and Wild Abundant Life LLC, she is the owner, operator, LMT, ADMT, and 200 CYT of Mindful Healing Massage LLC, located at 2985 N. Brookfield Rd., Suite 10 in Brookfield; currently inside of Oo La L Beauty Lounge. With extreme dedication to bodywork, Catrina's goal is to establish the mind-body connection with each client to achieve optimal health. She is a huge advocate of self-care, holistic health used in conjunction with Western medicine, and finding that much needed balance in order to restore you back to feeling well again. The path to healing is arduous and long. It can take a mental, emotional, and physical toll on our bodies.
