MHG specializes in consulting for new and already exisiting bar programs to not only design a bar program but create systems for hiring, training, inventory, ordering costing and formulating brand relationships. MHG offers ‘Bartender Bootcamp' a training program for both individual bartenders and bar teams to teach the history of bartending, spirits and cocktails as well as tools and techniques and creating/balancing cocktails and cocktail menus.MHG hosts and collaborates with brands, corporations, nonprofits and individuals on a variety of different type of events with a focus on cocktails.
