We are a meat company that brings local, organic, pasture raised meats to market. We are proud to be the first Non-GMO Project Verified beef company in the United States. We carry some of the highest certifications to ensure you are getting the cleanest, most environmentally conscious meat available. We are certified organic by CCOF, USDA, and Non-GMO Project Verified. Our unique beef is from Holsteins and Jerseys, and often a cross between the two. The result is a buttery, sweet beef, rich in flavor and unlike anything else on the market today. We are available in many restaurants throughout the Bay Area and Las Vegas, schools, hospitals, as well as in natural food grocery stores throughout California.
