Mindful Skier™ is a brain-training program that uses mindfulness attitudes to promote a way of being and relating to all aspects of life. Through this program, you can develop more resilience, deepen your focus and concentration, strengthen your immune response, improve your patience, reduce your reactivity, improve your coping skills, and all with a backdrop of bringing your learning in action while skiing. So, as you are, so shall you become more mindful, on and off the slopes! Mountain mindfulness can enable you to cultivate the essential skills needed to thrive. Whether you are an advanced or beginner skier, the mountain can become a training ground for teaching you the foundational things necessary for your stability, your sense of wellbeing, and ability to bounce back. Ski and grow at the same time! This program is designed to deepen access to a response rather than reacting to solving challenging problems on and off the slopes.It is offered as an 8-Week Virtual Course (90 min week + 30 min optional Q & A).
