Our End goal is to spread mindfulness and positive thinking across the globe.This website and community were built due to a real need in my personal life (I'm Yulian by the way - the founder and I am writing this personally to all mindomination readers across the globe).All my life I felt stress. Real stress not just anxiety or lack of calmness - but stress that affected my health. I had back pains, migraines, insomnia and lack of appetite. It all started when I was a young boy and I didn't know better. I didn't know there is a simple and easy way to deal with this stress and I suffered the consequences.No-almost 15 years later I am writing this proudly. I have discovered mindfulness when I was 23 (back in 2011) and my life changed forever.From being stressed and anxious I became calm and confidant.My health and concentration increased and I have successfully overcame my addictions which included videogames, junk food and negative thinking.I truly believe that mindfulness can change the world and I built this website around this attitude. I am sharing my deepest insights here and I strongly suggest you at least try to implement what I am sharing here - these are stories and lessons learned the hard way and the reward is unbelievable.Mindfulness is not a "should" – but a MUST in our day and age.If you feel like you're not in control of your own life, feel lack of confidence, lack of happiness or simply lack of spirituality in your life - this is the place for you.We're all about self development and prosperity - become a master of your life by reading and applying the techniques described here daily.Grow and Prosper.
