Minds Shine Bright is an arts business that promotes writing, film-making and other creative projects. The Minds Shine Bright writing competition is now open and calling for submissions. The competition categories include short stories, poetry, scripts and flash fiction (also known as micro fiction).The theme of the competition is confidence. Each writer needs to explore this theme in some way in their submitted writing. The deadline for the Minds Shine Bright writing competition is 28 February 2022.Winning entries will be published in the Minds Shine Bright Confidence Anthology which will be launched in mid 2022. The judge of the competition is Amanda Scotney, the founder of Minds Shine Bright. Amanda is a writer, poet, short film maker and supporter of the arts.
