MindShift is a consulting business that uses foresight as a tool to open up strategy discussions with founder teams and c-level teams of early stage startup's and scale ups. Services are primarily provided in areas such as general business strategy, commercial strategy, digital marketing strategy, sales and funding - and usually take form as 1-2 day workshops and/or consulting projects lasting 1-6 months. My background for providing these services is based on +20 years experience running different types of companies from consulting to technology. Working with startups at all stages as mentor, coach, employee, consultant, founder and investor. I have done my foresight training at Institute for the Future in Palo Alto and in addition to this attended the Harvard Business School, Profitable Growth Program. I expect you to be the expert in your business and I believe it should stay like that. My goal is to support you in solving the problems ahead of you and come up with strategies that can support your future journey. I currently live in Copenhagen, Denmark, but have a global reach. During the past 25 years, I have spend almost 10 years abroad traveling, living and working in different countries, cultures and continets.
