Mini Mortgage Realty, LLC (MMR) is a Washington-based real estate startup that helps renters build wealth through homeownership by helping them transition from renting to homeownership in 2 years. MMR addresses the main 2 issues that prevent most renters from becoming homeowners: no down payment/savings and sub-prime credit. We use creative financing techniques that help make renting more affordable by helping renters save 25% - 40% on their current monthly rent payment without the landlord having to decrease the rent and have a minimum 3% house down payment in 2 years, all while enhancing their credit rating. Our company provides a solution to the US affordable housing crisis and is non-income based, non-government based, and non-rent control based.As MMR grows, we are looking to partner with local banks and credit unions, apartment or rental unit investors/owners/managers, non-profit housing agencies, economic developers, starter home builders, residential and commercial real estate agents to bring our creative housing solutions to your city!
