The Ministry of National Guard Development Program (MNGDP) is responsible for developing and overseeing the transformation process in the Ministry through two main phases: First, the Comprehensive Study phase. Second, the Implementation phase. The Development program works to enhance efforts and raise the level of integration within the Ministry to achieve the objectives of transformational initiatives. MNGDP Aspires through the development journey to:• Raise the Military Readiness.• Supporting and strengthening capabilities and leadership within the Ministry of National Guard.• Strengthening internal integration as well as military; security coordination.• Offering a high level of healthcare services to all MNG's employees.• Improve resources utilization by strengthening capabilities.The program also seeks to invest in military and health capabilities to enhance rapid response to emerging risks and threats against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to play a pivotal role in supporting the Kingdom's security and defense systems.
