MinneMochi is a locally owned, sourced, and operated company in Saint Paul, Minnesota. We specialize in the production of Mochi Ice Cream, a delicious frozen treat that has its origins in Japan and California. As a local company, we are dedicated to sourcing as many ingredients from Minnesota as possible. That's why we partnered with Big Dipper Creamery in Blaine to provide us premium ice cream. We also operate out of Kitchen on the Bluff, a community kitchen dedicated towards bettering the historic neighborhood of Dayton's Bluffs in Saint Paul.
