Individual & Family Services - Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States
The Minnesota Family Navigation Project is a research study housed at the School of Social Work, University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. We are testing a new approach to supporting families of children under age 18 with connecting to personalized health and social services before non voluntary interventions (e.g., child welfare, juvenile justice, psychiatric hospitalization) are indicated. The goal of the project is to build a low cost, voluntary, and replicable model of prevention service navigation for Minnesota's children and families.
