Mino Collective is a Social Enterprise that embodies the philosophy that business can be a force for good. We source our shea butter directly from two women's groups located in rural North Eastern Benin. The women produce the shea butter using traditional methods that have been passed down from generation to generation for thousands of years.The Mino Collective brand is inspired by the notion that beauty products should be good for the body, face and soul. We believe that beauty products should be made out of pure, sustainable and ethical ingredients free from harmful chemicals, environmentally destructive manufacturing processes and exploitation of workers. We believe that the way to end global poverty is by providing work and allowing people to be free, independent and self-sufficient.
