The MINT (Made IN Toronto) Film Festival is a monthly film festival that connects local filmmakers, musicians, artists, entertainers and community groups together with inspiring film screenings, guest speakers, concerts and discussions.Since its inception in March 2011 The MINT Film Festival has received national exposure and has been endorsed by the Council Of Canadians Chair Maude Barlow, Tony Clarke, the Executive Director of the Polaris Institute, The Canadian Diabetes Association and The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. MINT has also received accolades from Toronto Filmmakers such as Liz Marshall, Lalita Krishna, Paul Saltzman and Jane Michener. The Made IN Toronto (MINT) Festival is year round festival connecting Toronto Filmmakers, Musicians and Guest Speakers with the community. From the very beginning MINT has been a strong supporter of Toronto Filmmakers and Musicians and MINT's year round screenings have quickly become a powerful tool for community engagement.
