Miriam Welfare Trust (Registration no. RJSC/JM/711) is a social welfare trust which is serving day, night for the poor, helpless and deserving locality of Khambi, Sara-i-Alamgir, Jhelum and other areas near them. Miriam Welfare Trust started after the accidental death of our beloved MIRIAM AHMED on 27 Sep 2011. Main objectives of trust are followings: To help the family financially of any person died in Road accident. Provide facility of Free Ambulance service to locals. Providing funds for studies of orphan students. To construct and establish orphanages, shelter homes, community centers. Grant benefits to the beneficiaries. Create social awareness, highlight and promote peaceful culture. Undertake community service. Undertake development schemes Undertake Social Welfare projects Undertake Scheme promoting harmony & brotherhood amongst the society members. Operate & maintain educational institutions. Establish medical treatment facilities, operate & maintain the hospitals, Clinics and dispensaries. Undertake uplifting and cleanliness of locality. Undertake social & public support activities including model shelter in case of natural disasters. Reach out to the needy and help them in cash & kind. Undertake any activity as decide by the appropriate and competent Forum of the trust in due course.
