Founded in 2015, Miscelenious was 10 years in the making. Inspired by a family of entrepreneurs and inventors, Elena Hanson decided it was time to pursue some of her many ideas that have been percolating for years. The name Miscelenious comes from a nickname given to Elena by her aunt, Celia Wright, one of the founders of Flynn Wright Advertising Agency. It also perfectly conveys the broad spectrum of ideas the company will eventually pursue.
