Missing Link Health Care System develops and markets workbooks, notebooks and logs for the purpose of helping patients maintain their own medical records. We span all aspects of a person's health including personal medical history, drugs and allergies, medical, dental, vision, hearing, mental, spiritual, nutrition, safety and end of life along with special sections that are age and gender specific. We offer medical accounting workbooks for individuals and families. Each of the adult workbooks come in abbreviated versions for healthy people who do not visit the health care industry frequently and expanded versions for people who have health care issues. All of the workbooks contain 40 to 100 forms and templates that can be complete on a computer or by hand and kept in the binder. Having all of the patients information in one place makes it easier to communicate needs and problems to a health care provider.These workbooks are especially useful for patients who see multiple health care providers, those who have had to change over a period of time, parents and foster parents, children who are helping aging parents, people helping friends and neighbors with health care issues.
