In November 2018, Givaudan, the global leader in flavors and fragrances, launched MISTA: a new innovation platform for the food industry. MISTA is an optimizer -- so much more encompassing than an incubator or accelerator. MISTA Founding Members include Givaudan, Danone, Mars Inc. and Ingredion Inc. The next layer of the ecosystem is our start-up members. When reviewing start-ups who are interested in joining, MISTA is looking for those who want to disrupt the food system as we know it --whether that means they have a product ready to go to market or are in the exploration phase with a great new idea! Leveraging the entire ecosystem of small and large companies, MISTA is connecting CPG, Ingredients, Food Technology, Bio Technology and Ag Technology.
