Now doing business as Incubate Partners, erstwhile MITCON International was set up in 2002 for offering management, investment and technology consulting services to clients in the GCC region. We now focus on Mentoring and Incubation. We originate, structure, raise finance for projects. We help recruit, train, help clients in improving efficiency; consider strategic alternatives to achieve growth, build vision, mission, strategy, objectives, goals, processes, performance measurements. The services include Strategy, HR, Recruitment, Training, Incubation of projects, company representation, turnaround and change management, BPR, financial and capital structuring, raising finance, structuring and enabling Joint ventures, due diligence of projects, feasibility studies, project reports, market research, business plans etc. MITCON International has advised clients on projects from concept to commercialization, inception to implementation. MITCON advised on raising over AED 910 Mn by IPO, over 62 Mn by private equity, over AED 200 Mn by project finance and handled project investments over AED 1800 Mn by now.We work on consulting engagements for our clients at any stage of development of the company.
