The Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) is Mitie's major incident communications centre and open source threat intelligence hub. The team, consisting of skilled, multi-disciplined intelligence analysts from military, police and civil service environments, are on-hand and operational 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week, 365-days-of-the-year providing timely major incident alerts and threat intelligence on a range of topics including terrorism, crime, activism, cyber, travellers and anti-social behaviour.Our analysts also specialise in conducting open source investigations, carrying out detailed, discrete research on an individual or group suspected of wrongdoing.
