MCFE sells and develops superior quality forklift trucks and warehouse equipment under the Cat® Lift Trucks brands and Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks brands. MCFE has evolved to become one of the most important market players. MCFE supplies products for the business-to-business (B2B) market within independent Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks, CAT Lift Trucks and Rocla dealer networks in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In addition to technically and qualitatively superior products, MCFE possesses an excellent organisation for the sale and distribution of parts. In addition, MCFE focuses on the provision of comprehensive solutions to dealers and end users. The MCF group was founded in 1992 as a result of a long-term relationship between Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (Japan) and Caterpillar Industrial Inc. (USA). Our mother company Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Co., Ltd. (MN) was launched on 1 April 2013. The integration of the MHI and Nichiyu forklift trucks operations has created a flexible, resilient business structure, which makes it possible to respond appropriately in this rapidly changing market. The company's head office is located in Nagaokakyo City in the Kyoto Prefecture in Japan. At the end of 2008 MCFE acquired ownership of Rocla, a Finnish company which had already been established in 1942 and which specialises in the design, production and sale of warehouse trucks. This acquisition was designed to extend its range of products, to improve the provision of service to forklift truck buyers, and to expand so as to become an important player in the global truck segment. MCFE's European headquarter is based in Almere, the Netherlands. Sales and distribution offices are located in Finland, Denmark, Russia, France, Germany and Dubai. The production facility is located in Finland.
