It is a 3 bedroom cottage with a sleep sofa in the living room so it sleeps 8. This cottage is located on a dead end street with access into the marsh waters for kayaks or wakeboards. Its a great location on a family friendly street at Hampton Beach and only 2 blocks from the beach sand and all that Hampton Beach has to offer.BRAYDEN-WES HOUSE - This beautiful house sits on a canal right off the Banana River in Cocoa Beach, Florida. A 4 bedroom that sleeps 10 with 2 baths, full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room, outside enclosed patio with a heated pool in a family friendly neighborhood. This house also has incredible views of both the sunset and sunrise as you look down the canal. It has a dock on the canal for fishing and is located just 4 blocks from the sands of Cocoa Beach. Bring your boat as we are within a 5 minute boat ride through the Cape Cape Canaveral locks gives you access to the Atlantic Ocean. A great location, close to everything. It is not unusual to see the Dolphins and Manatees playing in the canal right in front of the house.
