MixaKids Uganda Details
MixaKids is an award-winning digital publishing platform specifically crafted for children across Africa. The platform supports various e-learning materials such as eBooks, e-Newspapers, audio and videos among others. Most of these materials are developed and authored by children for other children to read and enjoy. The programme is implemented by Mixa Publishing Ltd – a private company registered in Uganda. The core funding of the programme activities is provided by SMSONE, also a private company incorporated in Uganda. The programme started in Uganda in 2014 and has quickly expanded to other east African countries such as Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda.
