Aston Metals (formerly MM Mining) Limited was incorporated in Australia on 7 June 2010. Aston Metals Limited has a 100% interest in Aston Metals (Qld) (formerly MM Mining (Qld)) Limited. In December 2007, Aston Metals (Qld) Limited entered into an agreement with Summit Resources Limited to earn an 80% interest in the non-uranium rights of their tenements in the Mount Isa region of northwest Queensland. Since that date, Aston Metals (Qld) Ltd has continued to acquire majority rights to base metal interests in the Mount Isa region so that today the Company has a controlling interest in approximately 4,700 km2 of tenements and tenement applications within the Mount Isa district.
