MMB is the leading independent oil spill response company in Norway. The company was formed in 1999 to provide oil spill response, training and equipment rental into a market that had historically been provided by the government but was increasingly being opened to the private sector.We are based outside Bergen on Norway's west coast.Our approach is to offer our client base a "cradle to grave" range of pollution services. The list flows from the provision of consultancy services all the way through to full response capability and implementation of environmental solutions designed to answer clients' problems. As the world grows greener, concerns over oil & chemical pollution increase with major incidents only serving to fuel the demand for increased levels of preparedness. The main customers of our services are the oil companies, both upstream and downstream, governments and regional authorities, industry, shipping and salvage operators - but the market place is truly global.We aim to- provide a cost effective, creative innovative and efficient solutions to our clients- align ourselves with the foremost professionals in their fields- offer a high quality serviceOur staff includes experienced oil spill professionals, equipment operators, technicians, trainers and inspectors. Our resources include over 60 trained staff and equipment with a total oil recovery capacity of 25,000 tonnes per day.
