We are an InsurTech startup company with sole endeavor of "making a difference" in the way Employee Benefit Medical insurances are bought and managed by a corporate. Today health care is an essential benefit that each employer looks to provide for their employee. However picking up the right health policy from the dozens of policy available in the market is always a challenge. The employer not only have to pick the right policy based on the employee medical needs but they also need to ensure that the policy benefit information is seamlessly disseminated to the employees. Health care cost are increasing by the day and so are the medical insurance premium rate. The health premium costs are on the rise year after year primarily due to the following 2 reasons viz. - Increase in premium rates by the carrier- Increase in claim ratioA corporate does not have control on the first point, however they need to ensure a healthy claim ratio.
