BACKGROUNDOur model is designed to create a core feeder process into advanced stages of club and league play. We are very focused on coaching leadership development using the sport of rugby. The game requires everyone to engage at their highest individual potential. Beginning with youth programs in flag leagues and touch play, our programs work on teaching young players to focus on personal development as such relates to team advancement. Each club player from our foundation practices within a league of peers who are coached by the same principles. We develop a regimen that is based on teaching nutrition, fitness, healthy behaviors, and supporting one another so that each player can be the best version of him or herself as possible.SUCCESSESUpdating.....
