Mobile Fitness Solutions is an innovative Community Interest Company (CiC), which has been developed in order to deliver high quality physical activity, health and fitness opportunities that will inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle. By providing more and easier access to health and fitness facilities individuals, who are currently inactive, will have the opportunity to participate in physical activity as well as gaining an understanding of the vast number of benefits associated with physical activity. The unique selling point of Mobile Fitness is that it is mobile, and can therefore easily target different community groups and specific geographic locations. Our events will complement existing local provision as we are able to deliver short-term physical activity interventions and then sign-post people to more sustainable methods of physical activity .i.e. gyms, swimming pools, local running/walking groups.
