Our mission is to deliver quality fitness programs and instruction with the use of mobile fitness equipment, designed to make training more accessible and convenient. MFS currently holds a patent pending on its unique and innovative "TruckTrainer" which is a modified pickup truck with fitness equipment attached and stored so that when arriving on site, the truck becomes the training apparatus for group-style circuit training. There are currently two TruckTrainers operating in South Shore, MA as well as an indoor training facility in Braintree, MA. Three personal trainers currently provide fitness instruction ranging from private (1 on 1) to team (12+ individuals) training.
