We match our 1200+ consultancy resources, experienced and qualified subject matter experts specialized in more than 20 disciplines with potential bid opportunities from across Canada.We actively search all public tender sites including federal, provincial and municipal as well as other tender sites across Canada. In total, we search over one hundred tender sites per day. Our objective is to match the bid opportunity (e.g. request for proposal) with our consultancy base including experience, skills, academic qualifications and other requirements. Our role is to solicit the bid opportunity with our professional management consultants, prepare the technical and financial bid proposal and submit it to the solicitation contract authority.This business model is an attractive concept for independent consultant as follows:- We have the time, energy, money and expertise to prepare and submit bid proposals;- We meet corporate mandatory requirements for request for proposal including facility security clearance, insurances, etc;- We are equipped and have the capabilities of producing and submitting volumes of bid proposals, increasing your chances in securing a consulting contract;- We can assemble teams for many public sector organizations requiring various subject matter experts; andWe have the procurement vehicles in place to secure potential contracts.The benefit in collaboration with Mobile Resources is that the resources involved have significant knowledge of government operations, competitive bid pricing and over the years, developed the necessary in-house high profile proposal trade secrets such as quality assurances, risk management, scheduling and budgeting techniques, as well as tried and true bid proposal development expertise.
