In developing countries, during critical emergencies and security breach the ability by the affected persons or general public to quickly alert designated security operatives and incident responders through reliable platform that enables coordinative response operation with embedded Geographical Information System (GIS) data and location mapping for proper identification of an accurate incident area by the responders remains a challenge. At MobileEye Limited, we know that with prompt situational awareness tools, reliable collaboration and intelligence sharing platform with security agencies during emergencies improves the efficiency of the security capacity response to an incident. Therefore, we developed an enterprise IP/SMS based emergency and security alert mass notification platform named - MobileEye Alert - as a tactical security and emergency solution for emergency and security operatives. MobileEye Alert relay less than twelve seconds (12s) alert messages to unlimited number of incident responders and security operatives via Incident Responders Application which operate on multiple platforms including desktop alert (PCs/Laptops), mobile apps alert (android/iOS), email alert and SMS alert. It provides members of the public opportunity to trigger distress/panic alert, send incident report and received warning SMS alert from security and emergency operatives.
