ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) is an overall phrase for combined usages of communication and technologies, analysis and control of information about transportation industry. MOBIN system is an intelligent system which prepares facilities in making communications between three different groups: Transportation Companies, Cargo Owners and Vehicle Owners by using information technology.The Mobin system tries to make facilities by checking the associability between all the partners who get or give the transportation services in some special and different parameters like: the type of vehicle, the Amount of cargos which are needed to be transported, port, destination etc. So after checking the associability, it shares the partners information between them. Those three groups of users can also use MOBIN system for their payments to each other and their business boom is the result.
