Mock Trial Canada provides secondary school level participants from all across Canada with a unique experience that encourages students to explore our judicial system from several standpoints as they take on the roles of lawyers, jury members, and witnesses. Participants must work collaboratively to reach a lawful verdict to the cases presented to simulate a realistic trial. Delegates will also be able to participate in individual written examinations testing their knowledge on the law and its applications to Canadian society.
