MODEL APEC Details
MODEL APEC is a project under the APEC Human Recourses Development Working Group, which engages youth in influencing the policy makers of APEC by in-depth research and policy suggestions. It also connects the young leaders with political and business leaders of the Asia-Pacific region. Established in 2010, the program has won "Best Public Diplomacy Award" by Chinese Foreign Ministry for three consecutive years, with 140+ cooperating universities across the Asia-Pacific, 50+ global government and NGO partners, 80+ global corporate partners, and 500,000+ youth members.
